By downloading, installing, or using VScanner AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
VScanner AI is a mobile application that provides document scanning, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), PDF tools, QR code generation and scanning, barcode scanning, and file management features. The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vertex Station and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you scan, create, or upload using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for providing the App's services to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VSCANNER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vertex Station and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
